Your calculations

Every calculation runs in your browser, on your device. We do not send the amounts, rates and other numbers you enter to our servers, and we do not save them. When you close or reload the page they are gone. We do not put your numbers in the page address (URL) or offer share links that contain them. We do not ask you to create an account or give your name, email address or phone number to use a calculator.

Cookies and storage

This site does not set cookies and does not use your browser’s local storage for your calculations. Today the pages load no third-party scripts, fonts or trackers and make no requests to other websites.

Hosting

The site is delivered by a hosting provider (Cloudflare). Like any website host, it processes the technical details of each page request, such as your IP address and the page requested, and may keep standard server logs. That information does not include the numbers you enter in a calculator.

If you write to hello@homeowncalculator.com, we keep your message and address only to reply and to fix any error you report.

Advertising

There are no ads or analytics on this site at the moment. If third-party advertising or analytics scripts are ever added, they are covered by this Privacy Policy, which will be updated first to say what they may collect (which can include cookies and the address of the page you are on), and how to opt out or manage consent. Third-party scripts run in your browser and can see what is on the page, so we will not add them to the calculator pages without saying so here.

If this policy changes, the date above changes with it.
